The blessings of the land flow in freely and naturally, direct from the source spring. Time spent soaking in the hot waters, enjoying those blessings. The skills of the yumori, or hot springs manager, who keeps the approximately 90°C source spring waters of the inn’s private source spring at a comfortable temperature. A quest for affinity between hot spring, skin, and cold water. Yumoribito, developed based on the yumori’s knowledge and skills. Our chefs highlight the true flavors of the ingredients and exercise ingenuity with the tableware and styling of the food.
